Precision deep groove ball bearing is a common rolling bearing. After the precision deep groove ball bearing is installed on the shaft, the axial displacement of the shaft or shell can be limited in the axial clearance range of the bearing, so the axial positioning can be carried out in both directions.
In addition, the bearing also has certain self-aligning ability, and can still work normally when it is inclined with respect to the shell hole for 2-10 seconds, but has a certain influence on the bearing life.
The cages of precision deep groove ball bearings are mostly steel plate stamping wave cages, and most of the large bearings are made of metal solid cages.
Precision deep groove ball bearings are widely used in automobile, tractor, machine tool, motor, water pump, agricultural machinery, textile machinery and so on.
Proper amount of grease has been filled in the assembly, it should not be heated and need not be cleaned before installation, and it does not need to be lubricated in the process of use, so it can adapt to the operating temperature of-30 ℃ to 120 ℃.
