Other matters needing attention in installing Grease for Spindle bearings


1. Suitable strength and good heating characteristics

 

In order to make the machine tool thermal deformation and affect the machining accuracy or make the bearing lubrication poor, the lubricating oil wells with suitable maturity should be selected according to the spindle bearing structure, rotating speed and bearing clearance, so as to prevent the lubrication performance of the main shaft from being affected by the excessive change of teaching degree when the working temperature and ambient temperature of the main shaft are changed too much, so as to prevent the lubricating performance of the oil product from being affected by the excessive change of the working temperature and the ambient temperature of the main shaft in order to avoid the thermal deformation of the machine tool and affect the machining accuracy or the poor lubrication of the bearing.

 

2. Installation site cleaning

 

The installation site should be kept clean as much as possible to avoid bearing pollution or foreign body entry, pollutants have a great adverse impact on the operation and service life of bearings. Check the geometric accuracy, dimensional accuracy and cleanliness of bearing seat hole and shaft fit surface.

 

3. Installation angle

 

The assembly of bearing inner ring and spindle should adopt directional assembly method or angle selection method, that is, artificially control the direction of radial runout error of each assembly parts, so that the errors cancel each other rather than accumulate. The bearing should rotate flexible and unobstructed sense after pressing into the bearing. After installation, check whether the precision bearing system is running normally.
