The systems of CNC milling machine
CNC milling machine is generally composed of CNC system, main transmission system, feed servo system, cooling and lubrication system and so on.
First, control system. It is the CNC milling machine movement control center, and the CNC machining program is carried out to control the machining of the machine tool.
Second, auxiliary devices, such as hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, cooling system and chip removal, protection and other devices.
Third, the spindle box. It includes the spindle box body and the spindle transmission system, which is used to clamp the tool and drive the tool to rotate. The spindle speed range and output torque have a direct impact on the machining.
Fourth, the feed servo system. It is composed of feed motor and feed actuator. According to the feed speed set by the program, the relative motion between the tool and the workpiece is realized, including straight line feed motion and rotating motion.
Fifth, the basic parts of the machine tool. It usually refers to the base, column, beam and so on, which is the foundation and frame of the whole machine tool.
