Features and uses of pattern conveyor belt

The pattern conveyor belt is composed of belt body and pattern part. Because of the different material transported and the inclination angle of the conveyor, the shape and height (depth and shallow) of the pattern are also different. The common varieties of pattern conveyor belt are as follows.

Herringbone pattern

Features: there are "humanoid" patterns higher than those of the belt. The patterns are open and closed, and each pattern can be divided into three types: high, medium and low.

Application: it is suitable for powder, granule and small pieces of material transportation with 40 degree inclination angle, and can also transport bagged materials.

Striped pattern

Characteristics: there are high striped patterns on the belt surface, which can be divided into three types: high, medium and low, and each pattern can be divided into sparse and dense forms according to the arrangement spacing.

Application: it is suitable for horizontal transportation packaging with inclination angle of 30 degrees. In the case of grooving, it can replace herringbone pattern.

Grain pattern

Features: there are grain patterns higher than the belt or concave embedded belt on the belt surface, and the pit can also be made into square pore shape or prism and cloth pattern.

Application: it is suitable for soft packing or material conveying with grasping force (such as cardboard box) or without sliding conveying. Pit grain pattern is suitable for grain transportation with inclination angle of 45 degrees.

Fan pattern

Features: half fanned (or 1/4 round) pattern on the belt surface. When the tape is into a groove, pattern disturbance is into a fan (or semicircle), which belongs to the category of high pattern.

Application: it is suitable for conveying powder, particles and bulk materials with high inclination angle 60 degrees.

The pattern conveyor belt has the characteristics of wide range of use, small area, no transfer point, reduced civil investment, low maintenance cost, large transportation capacity and so on. It is widely used in coal, mining, electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, light industry, food and other fields to transport materials.
