The drive shaft of the motor shall be concentric with other mechanical connections, or a flexible connection shall be used.
The bearing of the motor is capable of receiving the radial force. For motors that are not able to bear the radial force, the transmission parts such as the belt pulley shall not be directly mounted on the main shaft. The driving chain wheel is driven by the hydraulic motor, and the driven chain wheel drives the conveying belt roller. According to the user, the motor often has oil leakage, and the seal ring is replaced for less than 3 months to start the oil leakage. As the vehicle is used at the airport, the limitation of oil leakage is particularly high, and all vehicles close to the aircraft are strictly prohibited from oil leakage, so the maintenance personnel can only keep changing the oil seal, resulting in a great waste of human, financial and time. What's the cause of the oil leak? The hydraulic motor drives the belt pulley by chain drive, and the radial force is generated by the chain drive, and the oil seal is deformed after the radial force is subjected to radial force, resulting in oil leakage.
The motor leakage oil pipe is to be unblocked, and the back pressure is generally not connected. When the leakage oil pipe is too long or is connected to the back pressure due to a certain requirement, the size of the leakage oil pipe shall not exceed the allowable value of the low-pressure seal.
The external leakage of oil should ensure that the shell of the motor is filled with oil and prevent all the oil in the shell from flowing back to the tank when it stops.
For the motor with long downtime, it can not run directly under full load, and it should be used normally after running empty for a period of time.
