Present situation of Aeronautical Parts Manufacturing Industry
In recent years, China's civil aviation industry has entered a period of rapid development, the level of scientific research and production has been obviously improved, and important progress has been made in tackling key technologies. In this context, the aviation parts manufacturing industry has leapt to a new level, basically established an independent industrial system, and made remarkable achievements. Every year, the domestic parts manufacturing exhibition has even attracted many technical personnel and enterprises from developed countries to participate.
The rapid improvement of scientific research level in China also promotes the gradual improvement of aviation parts manufacturing industry system. At present, the industrial chain of aviation parts manufacturing industry is basically formed, which can be divided into fuselage components, power system, avionics equipment and other parts, and the cooperative development effect between upstream and downstream is becoming more and more obvious.
In terms of regional distribution, due to the obvious pulling characteristics of the whole machine in the aviation equipment manufacturing industry, the overall layout of the domestic aviation parts manufacturing industry is very similar to the whole machine manufacturing. The distribution is still mainly dominated by the layout of China Airlines industry, mainly distributed in Shaanxi, Sichuan, Shanghai and Northeast China, and most of the annual parts manufacturing exhibitions are held in these cities.
However, it is worth noting that despite the rapid development of China's aviation market, the product system of aviation parts and components is incomplete and the technical level is relatively backward; the basic research is weak and the technical reserve is insufficient; engines, key materials and components are still the bottlenecks restricting the development of China's civil aviation industry. In addition, it also faces the problems of rising raw material price, increasing application of difficult-to-process materials, and limited production capacity.
