Installation of four row tapered roller bearings (mounting roller bearings)

1. The inner ring of four row tapered roller bearings and the collar of the roller are usually fitted with clearance. When installed, the bearing is first loaded into the bearing box, and then the bearing box is loaded into the journal.

2. The outer ring of four row tapered roller bearings and the bearing box bore are also dynamically matched. First, the outer ring A is loaded into the bearing box. When leaving the factory, the character {HotTag} symbol is printed on the outer ring, inner ring and inner and outer diaphragm. When installing, the bearing box must be packed in sequence according to the arrangement of character symbols. No interchangeability is allowed to prevent changes in bearing clearance.

3. All the parts are loaded into the bearing box, and the inner ring and inner spacer, outer ring and outer spacer shall be tightened up.

4. Measuring the gap width between the end face of the outer ring and the cover plate of the bearing box to determine the thickness of the corresponding sealing gasket.

The post code XRS mark is used for multi sealed bearings.
