Tapered roller bearing

Tapered roller bearings are separable bearings, bearing inner and outer rings have conical raceway. The bearing can be divided into single row, double row and four row tapered roller bearings according to the number of rollers installed. Single row tapered roller bearings can withstand radial loads and uniaxial axial loads. When bearings are subjected to radial loads, there will be an axial component, so another bearing that can withstand the reverse axial force is needed to balance it. It widely used in automobiles, rolling mills, mines, metallurgy, plastics machinery and other industries.

Structural characteristics

The type code of tapered roller bearings is 30000, and tapered roller bearings are separable bearings. Generally speaking, especially in GB/T307.1-94 "Tolerance of Rolling Bearing Centrifugal Bearing", the outer ring and inner assembly of tapered roller bearings are 100% interchangeable.

The angle of the outer ring and the diameter of the raceway are standardized with the same size. It is not allowed to change during design and manufacture. The outer ring and inner components of the tapered roller bearing can be exchanged all over the world.

Tapered roller bearings are mainly used to bear radial load combined with radial load. Compared with angular contact ball bearings, the bearing capacity is high and the limit speed is low. Tapered roller bearings can withstand an axial load in one direction and limit the axial displacement in one direction of the shaft or housing.
