Solution to planetary reducer malfunction
In view of the wear problem, the traditional solution is repair welding or brush plating, but both have certain drawbacks. Repair welding high temperature thermal stress can not be completely eliminated, which is easy to cause material damage, resulting in bending or fracture parts, and brush plating by coating thickness limitation is easy to peel off, and the above two methods are both use metal to repair metal, which can not change the "hard-to-hard" relationship. Under the combined action of various forces, it will still cause re-wear. For some large bearings, it is impossible to solve them on the spot.
In view of the leakage problem, the traditional method needs to remove and open the reducer, replacing the seal gasket or apply sealant, which is not only time-consuming and laborious, but also difficult to ensure the sealing effect, and in operation there will be leakage again.
In the long term operation of the reducer, faults such as wear and leakage often occur.
1. Wear of bearing chamber of reducer. It includes wear of shell bearing box, bore bearing chamber of box body and bearing chamber of gearbox.
2. Reducer gear shaft diameter wear. the main wear parts in the spindle head, keyway and so on.
3. Wear of reducer drive shaft bearing position.
4. Leakage of reducer joint surface.
