In order to prevent the occurrence of mixed sleeve phenomenon, a set of bearings that installed ceramic sleeve trapped are seat rings or are all shaft rings. Usually, the suction ring and the seat group are distinguished by means of auxiliary tooling, or the inner diameter is checked by the inner diameter plug gauge before the nominal height is checked. In order to check the inner diameter conveniently, the seat ring is lowered and the shaft ring is placed on the top. If the cabinet diameter has obvious quenching heating oxidation color or not grinding, it is not necessary to check the inner diameter size, which can clearly see the difference between the shaft and seat ring and be not easy to mix. After assembling the thrust ball bearing, it is necessary to measure the nominal height T and confirm that it is Lily lattice. When measuring, the bearing must be rotated dozens of times to reach the minimum height.
