Some control scheme for hydraulic system leakage control


Option 1: solution to design and manufacture defects

1. The choice of external matching of hydraulic components often plays a decisive role in the leakage of hydraulic system, which decides our technical personnel in the new product design, the old product improvement, the chioce of the cylinder, the pump, the valve piece, the seal piece, the hydraulic auxiliary part and so on. It must choose the superior.

2. Reasonable design of mounting surface and sealing surface: when the valve set or pipeline is fixed on the mounting surface, the mounting surface should be flat, the sealing surface should be polished and the surface roughness should be 0.8 μm. There should be no radial scratches on the surface, and the pre-tightening force of the connecting screw should be large enough to prevent surface separation.

3. During the process of manufacturing and transportation, the critical surfaces should be prevented from bumping and scratching. At the same time, the assembly and debugging process should be strictly monitored to ensure assembly quality.

4. Don't worry about the potential leakage of some hydraulic systems. It must be eliminated.

Option 2: reducing shock and vibration

In order to reduce the leakage of the hydraulic system caused by the looseness of the pipe joint which bears the impact and vibration, the following measures can be taken.

The tube was fixed with a shock absorber to absorb shock and vibration.

The impactor uses a low-impact valve or a accumulator to reduce the impact.

Installing pressure control valves to protect all components of the system.

To minimize the use of pipe joints, pipe joints should be welded as much as possible.

Straight nipple, straight nipple and elbow are used instead of taper pipe nipple.

The pipe was replaced by the oil recovery block as much as possible.

Specifying the torque of bolts and plug torque to avoid cannibalization of the joint surface and seal.
