The type of cylindrical roller bearing

The cylindrical roller bearing belongs to the separated type bearing, which is very convenient to install and disassemble. Cylindrical roller bearings can withstand large radial loads and are suitable for use in high-speed operation.

The Angle error (inclination) of the inner ring axis and the outer ring axis of this type of bearing is very small, only 2 '~ 4'. Therefore, the machining accuracy of the shaft and bearing seat is relatively high. Otherwise, uneven loads or stress concentration can easily occur at the contact part of the raceway. The stress concentration can be reduced by modifying the contact bus of roller or raceway.

Cylindrical roller bearings can be divided into single row, double row and multi-row cylindrical roller bearings according to the number of columns used for rolling. Different structure bearings are also shown in the position of the baffle design. Among them, the commonly used cylindrical roller bearings have the following forms.

Single row cylindrical roller bearings: single row cylindrical roller bearings are separable bearings for easy mounting and disassembly. Rings can be fitted tightly, and the modified contact line between the roller and the raceway can reduce stress concentration.

Double row cylindrical roller bearing: double row cylindrical roller bearing belongs to movable bearing and its separability makes installation and disassembly very convenient. Rings can be fitted tightly. Double row cylindrical roller bearings are rarely allowed to have inclined angles.
