Motor insulation paint

Motor surface paint refers to the cover insulating paint used on the surface of the motor. It is characterized by fast drying, anti-fouling, anti-rust, oil resistance, moisture resistance, anti-fog, heat resistance, cold resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. It has good adhesion to impregnating varnish, sufficient mechanical strength and electrical insulation. There is a certain degree of decoration.

1. impregnating paint

The impregnating varnish is divided into two types: solvent lacquer and solventless lacquer. It is mainly used to impregnate the coils of motors and electrical appliances to fill the gaps and micropores, and to form a continuous flat film on the surface of the impregnated material after curing, and Bond it into a hard whole. The basic requirements for impregnating varnish are:

● Low viscosity, good fluidity, high solid content, easy to penetrate and fill the impregnated material.
● Fast curing, good drying performance, strong bonding force, thermal elasticity, and can withstand the centrifugal force when the motor rotates after curing.
●Excellent electrical and chemical stability, moisture, heat and oil resistance.
● Good compatibility with conductors and other materials.

2. enameled wire paint

Enamelled wire lacquer is mainly used for coating insulation of enameled wire core. Since the wire is subjected to heat, chemical and various mechanical forces during winding, weaving, etc., it is required that the wire enamel paint has good coating property, the paint film has strong adhesion, and the surface is smooth, soft and tough. A certain degree of wear resistance and elasticity, good electrical performance, heat resistance, solvent resistance, non-corrosion to conductors.

3. cover paint

The cover paint is used to coat the impregnated coil and the insulating component, and a uniform thickness of the insulating protective layer is formed on the surface thereof to prevent mechanical damage of the equipment insulation, erosion of the atmosphere and chemicals, and improvement of the surface insulation strength. Therefore, the cover paint is required to have the characteristics of quick drying, strong adhesion, hard paint film, high mechanical strength, moisture resistance, oil resistance and corrosion resistance. Cover paints are classified into alkyd paints, epoxy paints and silicone paints according to the type of resin.

Epoxy paint has better moisture resistance, mildew resistance, internal dryness and adhesion than alkyd paint. It has high hardness and is widely used for surface coating of electrical and electronic equipment parts in hot flashes. Silicone paint has high heat resistance and can be used as a cover paint for H-class motor appliances.

Covering varnishes can be divided into two types according to fillers: varnishes without fillers and pigments, and enamels containing fillers and pigments. The enamel made of the same resin has higher hardness than the varnish film, and has good heat conduction, heat resistance and arc resistance, but other electrical properties are slightly poor, and it is mostly used for coil and metal surface coating, while varnish is mostly used for the surface of insulating parts. The inner surface is coated.

The cover paint can be dried and dried according to the drying method. The drying paint of the same resin is inferior to the drying paint, and the storage is unstable. It is only suitable for large equipment and parts that are not suitable for baking. When using the cover paint, the viscosity and uniformity of the paint, the ventilation, the baking temperature and the cleanliness of the environment should be strictly controlled to ensure the drying and quality of the paint film. The enamel must be thoroughly stirred before blending to eliminate precipitates, uneven viscosity or discoloration.

4. silicon steel sheet paint

Silicon steel sheet paint is used to coat silicon steel sheets to reduce the eddy current loss of the core and enhance corrosion resistance. After the silicon steel sheet paint is applied, it needs to be dried at a high temperature for a short time. It is characterized by thin coating, strong adhesion, hardness, smoothness, uniform thickness, oil resistance, moisture resistance and good electrical performance.

5. anti-corona paint

Corona discharge is a discharge phenomenon in which a localized air is ionized to generate a blue halo in a highly inhomogeneous electric field. Anti-corona paint is generally made of insulating varnish and non-metallic conductor (carbon black, graphite, etc.) powder, mainly used for anti-corona paint of high-voltage coil, such as the coil end of high voltage in large high-voltage motor. The industry requires anti-corona paint surface resistivity stability, strong adhesion, good wear resistance, fast drying speed, storage-resistant, anti-corona paint can be applied to the surface of the coil alone, or coated on asbestos tape, glass ribbon, Wrap the outer layer of the coil, or apply it to the glass cloth to form a primary insulation.

6. surface paint and anti-rust paint ionizing insulating paint

It is mainly composed of a paint base (ie, a film-forming substance) and a solvent, a diluent, a filler, and the like. The paint base is a synthetic resin or a natural resin, and is a liquid or solid having a large viscosity at normal temperature. Solvent or thinner is used to dissolve the paint base. It is either gradually volatilized or becomes a combination of insulators during the film formation and curing process of the paint. The insulating paint can be divided into dipping paint, wire enamel paint, cover paint, silicon steel sheet paint and Several types of anti-corona paint.
