Half of them should be cleaned once every 3 to 6 months, and the grease should be replaced. When the oil temperature is high, or the environmental conditions are poor, the motor with more dust should be cleaned and changed frequently.

2. Inspection of insulation. The insulation ability of insulation materials varies according to the degree of drying, so it is very important to check the drying of motor windings. The working environment of the motor is wet, and there are corrosive gases in the working room, which will destroy the electrical insulation. The most common is the winding grounding fault, that is, insulation damage, so that the charged part should not be charged with the metal part, such as the shell, the occurrence of this fault will not only affect the normal operation of the motor, but also endanger the safety of the person. Therefore, in the use of the motor, we should often check the insulation resistance, also pay attention to see if the grounding of the motor shell is reliable.
