Other factors affecting the Life of hydraulic Motor

1) Cavitation erosion

When there is a small failure range at the sealing place of the main engine oil pipeline and the joint of the parts, the main hydraulic pump will inhale air from the failed part, so that the high pressure oil entering the motor contains bubbles. Under the action of oil extrusion, the bubbles explode and break in the motor cylinder, resulting in cavitation erosion of the cylinder block, and if the cavitation erosion is serious, the copper layer spacer area of the distribution surface of the cylinder block will collude. Another reason for inhaling air is that the volume of the hydraulic tank is small or the design of the inner partition of the tank is unreasonable. The bubbles in the oil brought into the oil when the hydraulic system returns oil are sucked away by the pump suction port before it is completely eliminated.

2) Motor speed

Motor speed is related to the life, durability, cavitation and noise of the motor. The selection of motor speed should be strictly in accordance with the technical data and must not exceed the maximum speed value. Within the allowable speed range, the best speed suitable for the working condition should be selected, and the minimum speed should not be less than 50 r / min.

3) Oil discharge pressure in motor shell

The oil drain pressure in the housing depends on the maximum pressure that the shaft seal can allow, typically 0.2 MPa, and the housing drain pressure is too high to cause premature seal damage to the shaft seal.

4) Connecting different shafts

When the axial degree of pulley shaft and motor spindle is greater than 0.1mm, the vibration produced by its high speed rotation will be directly reflected on the motor spindle bearing and reduce the service life of the spindle front end bearing.
