Measures to prevent cavitation of hydraulic cylinder of excavator
There are many measures to prevent cavitation, but it is also possible to take the necessary measures to prevent cavitation.
1. Keep the normal clearance of the joint surface of each hydraulic element in the manufacture or repair of the main parts of the hydraulic cylinder, and assemble the lower limit value according to the tolerance of the assembly dimension, so that the occurrence of the cavitation phenomenon can be well reduced. If the hydraulic element and the cavitation phenomenon occur, the pitting and surface area carbon of the cavitation can be removed by the metallographic abrasive paper polishing technology, and the general fine sand paper can not be used for grinding.
2. During maintenance, attention should be paid to the smooth operation of the hydraulic system for a certain period of time after the maintenance of the exhaust hydraulic cylinder, so that the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system can be fully broken. If necessary, the hydraulic cylinder can be removed from the tubing, so that the hydraulic oil can overflow and achieve the effect of single hydraulic cylinder exhaust.
3. Selecting hydraulic oil strictly according to oil standard and selecting hydraulic oil of good quality can effectively prevent bubbles in the working process of hydraulic system. When selecting oil, select hydraulic oil according to the minimum air temperature in different areas, and add hydraulic oil according to oil ruler standard, keep the hydraulic system clean at the same time, and check the oil quality of hydraulic oil frequently.
4. Prevent the oil temperature is too high, reduce the hydraulic impact reasonable design heat dissipation system, prevent the oil temperature to be too high, and keep the hydraulic oil temperature normal key, if the abnormal, find out the cause, and timely eliminate. In the operation of hydraulic joystick and distribution valve, we should strive to be stable, not too fast, and also should not frequently increase the engine throttle, as far as possible to reduce the impact of hydraulic oil on hydraulic components.
