Hydraulic system

In modern construction machinery, it is basically inseparable from the hydraulic working device. Even if the main working device does not use hydraulic equipment, it usually needs hydraulic system to achieve some auxiliary work. Hydraulic pressure is so important that it is very close to our life and work.

When it comes to hydraulic system, we must talk about the most important pump. The pump is the basis of hydraulic system, and pump is used to transport liquid or supercharge liquid.

Hydraulic transmission is widely used in various fields, which is called "industrial muscle". In hydraulic transmission, hydraulic pump is the power element and the "source" of its strength, especially in the era of mechanization, and its importance is self-evident.

A complete hydraulic system consists of five parts, including power element, executive element, control element, auxiliary element and hydraulic oil.

The function of the actuator (hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor) is to convert the pressure energy of the liquid into mechanical energy and drive the machine to move back and forth in a straight line or rotating.

The control element (various hydraulic valves) controls and adjusts the pressure, flow and direction of the liquid in the hydraulic system.

Auxiliary components include fuel tank, oil filter, sealing ring, pressure gauge and so on. Hydraulic oil is the medium of energy transfer in hydraulic system, such as mineral oil, synthetic hydraulic oil and so on.

Hydraulic pump is a kind of power element which provides liquid pressure for hydraulic transmission. It is a kind of pump. It is a kind of energy conversion device. Its function is to convert the mechanical energy of the power machine (such as motor or internal combustion engine) that drives it into the hydraulic pressure energy transmitted to the system, which is similar to the function of the pump.
