The advantage of rolling process

After the metal work piece is rolled on the surface, the strength limit and yield point of the surface are increased, and the work piece performance, fatigue strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance are improved obviously. After rolling, the hardness is improved by 15 ~ 30%, and the wear resistance is increased by 15%.

The surface roughness can be improved from Ra6.3 to Ra2.4 ~ Ra0.2. And with high production efficiency, some work pieces can be completed in minutes or seconds.

The rolling process can solve some key problems which are difficult to realize at present, such as the processing of the extra-large cylinder. It is also suitable for finishing of special holes or some special materials.

Rolling process is widely used in large, medium and small factories. From the aspects of processing quality, production efficiency and production cost, rolling processing is a superior processing method. In some aspects, it can completely replace the finishing, grinding, honing and so on.

At present, there are three types of machining methods: mechanical, roller and spring.

According to the processing property, it can be divided into light finishing and intensive processing.
