This series is the basic type of crossed cylindrical roller bearings. The inner and outer ring sizes are miniaturized to a minimum. The outer ring is split and the inner ring is one-piece design. It is suitable for parts requiring high inner ring rotation accuracy. .


2. RE type (internal ring split type, outer ring rotation)

This series model is a new type produced by the RB type design concept, and the main dimensions are the same as the RB type. The structure is that the inner ring is a split type, and the outer ring is an integral design, which is suitable for a portion requiring high rotation precision of the outer ring.


3. RU type (inner and outer ring integrated type)

This series model does not require a fixing flange and a support base because it has been machined. In addition, since the integrated inner and outer ring structure with the seat is used, the mounting has almost no effect on the performance, so that stable rotation accuracy and torque can be obtained. Can be used for outer ring and inner ring rotation.


4. CRB type (outer ring split type, inner ring rotation)

CRBC type (outer ring split type, inner ring rotation)


The structure is that the outer ring is divided and the inner ring is an integral design with a cage full complement roller bearing. It is suitable for parts requiring high rotation accuracy of the inner ring.


CRBH type (inner and outer ring integrated type)


The inner and outer rings of this series are all unitary for the outer ring and inner ring.


5. RA type (outer ring split type, inner ring rotation)

This series is a compact version that reduces the thickness of the inner and outer rings of the RB type to the limit. Suitable for parts that require a lightweight, compact design, such as industrial robots and robotic rotating parts.


RA-C type (single crack type)


The main dimensions are the same as the RA type. Since the model is a notched structure of the outer ring, the outer ring also has high rigidity, so it can also be used for outer ring rotation.


6.XR/JXR type (cross tapered roller bearing)


This type of bearing has two sets of raceways and rollers, which are combined at right angles to each other and the rollers are staggered. The cross-sectional height of the bearing is similar to that of a single-row bearing, thus saving space and housing material. The large cone angle and tapered geometry make the overall effective span of the bearing several times the width of the bearing itself. Cross-tapered rollers can withstand high overturning moments and are suitable for machine tools, including vertical boring and grinding tables, precision circular indexing tables, large hobbing machines, turrets, industrial robots, etc.
